That give this chart of what is believed to be that past historical CO2 concentrations and the average global temps.

Charts do speak. The create a view of past relationships.
So with C02 at 10x present concentration we had ice ages and at concentrations far less than today we had 22C average temps. To me there is not connection at all between the concentration of CO2 and an ice temp or the very much warmer than today 22C average. More recent several hundred years of correlations show
CO2 trailing temperature with the release of CO2 from the oceans being the mechanism.
But there is no data suggesting 1 part in 10,000 has any relation ship to the average global temperature.
