08 17 08 remain in the bond fund

stockcharts.com

The link above is all the stocks that are available to use in the peabody 401k account, each chart is udating each day and for those that dont know are an excellent way to monitor thier fund as time goes by.

Each chart is a weekly chart and each mark on the chart represents one week. A red mark was a down week and a green or white mark is an up week.

Also for those that arent aware there are two lines added to every chart and they are blue and red. These are moving averages and give signals when they cross. Blue over red is bullish and red over blue is bearish.

I havent went over this for a while and thought I would update this message. At the heading of this site there are other video and imformation on this.

We have been in the bond fund for some time now. We havent made any money and maybe lost a few bucks, but very few.

In comparision to any other stock chart that is on the link above we are in better shape than any other place that we could have been.

Bear markets are tough and getting winners are difficult, because there isnt any.

The problem now with the bond fund is that the two line have now crossed into a bearish crossing and the bond fund is being thought of as a place not to be.

So where is the place to be? As I have mentioned before althought the bond fund is under a bearish crossing it has yet to make a lower low or a lower high and thus is still consider a better choice than all others which have all made lower lows and lower highs.

I have mentioned before that I was thinking of entering stocks in some way if some where to get price to moving above the blue line.

This has occurred in some of the charts, but not the majority.

Realize that this is no day trading site or get rich quick scheme, it is a long term site and few trades are going to take place over time.

For now I am in a defensive posture with my investments and until proven otherwise will remain so.

I am watching and will signal with this happens.

The Dow 11700 are is a major resistance area. Price should not get above this area unless a serious move was undertaken.

Currently price is 11650. So what this area, Dow 11800 may be a good entry place as it blast thru this area. It will like do this is big fashion if it were to occurr.

Remain defensive and wait on the siganls.
