Putin isn't drunk.
A former-KGB guy who went thru hyperinflation in Russia after the collapse of USSR really means business when dealing with foreign threats. Indeed, there's a brewing neo-nazi culture in Russia, especially in St. Petersburg. They hate foreigners who had ruled and killed Russians for the past 100 years.


Medvedev doesn't seem to want a war for years, like in Chechnya.


I think Medvedev isn't tough enough than Putin, who is still the man.


They will need decades to realize what we needed to realize in order to build our nations, and we're currently helping them in that process.


Russia is unlikely to join WTO, so it is up to themselves. They don't trust foreign nations anymore.
