"Russia is considering arming its Baltic fleet with nuclear warheads for the first time since the cold war, senior military sources warned last night" do we have any names of the military sources. do we have high ranking russian politicians confirming this action. I doubt russia is arming fleet with nukes , for what reason? do they fear a nuke attack? NO! Do we think Russia would fire a nuke? No!
