doug, the extra shares dillute intrinsic shareholder value. sounds like you are swinging for the fences on a short squeeze, though, so this doesn't appear too important to you. all the negatives probably help out a short squeeze scenario more than hurt it b/c it will keep the shorts in the game. the more shorts, the tighter the squeeze, if and when it appears. otherwise, they'd be inclined to cover and the squeeze may not appear. then, the extra dillution would play an extremely important factor as that determines where the fair value of each share is. w/o that dillution, this stock would be at $6.00, as we speak, to maintain the same market capitalization as now exists. as for my motives, you can only speculate. just the same as i can only speculate about the motives of some bulls who post sheer nonsense and avoid discussions of the facts. i'll never know their motivation so i deal with their issues. good luck.
