The long bond is up another big number from the price I covered my ill fated short attempt (we were at mid 116 when I terminated the trade). We have reached a level not seen since the tides of march. I gather, if traders have nothing to do, and money flows out of stocks currencies and metals it has to go someplace (and this someplace is a thirty year bond with a negative real return).
