A cabal is exposed when the majority of public opinion realizes what it is. The original justification for Iraq was WMDs. I don't hear anybody, even in the administration, referring to WMDs. So you are wrong in saying nothing has changed. The administration's own WMD hunting team, consisting of thousands, issued a report a year after the invasion that said basically there were no WMDs. The justification has now morphed into trying to patch Iraq up and getting out ASAP.
