Everything reasonable I've seen on the subject suggests a shifting equilibrium, not a delicate balance that, if disrupted, can lead to the end of the world. If we have to adapt, we'll have to adapt. Unless of course you think we'll all be moving to the North and South poles over the "next decade or three." Which isn't a "fact," but rather an opinion borne out of the global warming alarmism.
