doug, i hate frauds or the appearance of frauds. it is possible for a company to be dilligently working their business and have some fraud red flags. of course, i'll be ultra skeptical and point out the flags. i hope that rmil is dilligently working on behalf of the best interests of the shareholders (that is, all the longs). it could be the case. i just don't think it is a safe bet (in other words, the risk is high relative to the reward, imho only). i do agree that some "nays" have a credibility problem. unfortunately, i feel the same way about some "yays."
