CHEATERS!!!!! SeachRE went to take a paper and pencil test, once. Before the proctor said to begin, SeachRE was told he could use no other resources to help with answers on the test ... He finished filling in the little bubble answer sheet before any other test takers, then watched the other test takers while they worked on their tests. At the end he complained to the proctor that he detected some cheaters who appeared to be using their brains as resources. He noticed them looking thoughtful when considering the test questions.
