If those charges are from the State of Nevada, and he's convicted, then the most likely place of incarceration (presuming that a prison sentence is handed down) would be the Nevada facility in Indian Springs, which is north of Las Vegas and kind of a desert hellhole. It's not a very pleasant place to be in the summer. However, if the charges are Federal, again presuming conviction and prison time, then he'd most likely be sent to North Las Vegas. There's a federal facility near or on Nellis Air Force Base, and as prisons go, it's considered kind of easy time. Yes, the temperatures are unbearable in the summer, but by and large, that's the only negative. Prisoners there work actual jobs on the base (kind of like an 8 to 5 thing) and then return to the confines of the prison at night. The food is better and the confinement conditions are better than at other prisons. EK!!!
