Mason,

Re: "Place your bets on the next generation of exposure tools:... It's Saturday night"

So, I'll try and play your game ... Nikon DUV scanners become the tool
of choice for .18um manufacturing, SVGL loses two large IC manufacturers
to Nikon, SVGL goes the "way" of GCA, Nikon and Canon start working closely
with Komatsu for lasers and Cymer starts in a "downward death spiral", ASML
continues to sell DUV systems to some of the smaller IC companies.

This all happens during the next 5 years until .10um early development
begins, EUV program is successful and this becomes the tool of choice for
sub .10um processing, E-beam and X-ray still hang on in R&D labs and
universities.

I know this is a very "boring" prediction ... but it is where I see things
headed ... and remember "it is just a game".
