Additional comments: Do not expect to see the level of expenses reported in the 2nd qtr in the upcoming 3rd and 4th qtrs, resulting in higher gross margins Accounts receivable at 32 days with less than $50,000 in bad debt, less than 1% returns Anticipate sales to increase remainder of the year No debt Has enough cash for opportunities . . . buy back, acquisitions etc Very, very confident that they will meet their 60% gross profit objective Given cash levels, they can receive 3% discounts for early payment to vendors, up to 20% in qty discounts will also improve margins going fwd Currently in 50 states and 12 countries Very comfortable that they will meet or exceed 29% pretax income goal ... must be expecting improvement since they are currently below this goal Sales tend to increase in the later part of the year. . .more municipal dollars end of month, end of qtr Lots of Money in homeland security No impact on state expenditures noted from economy slowdown "AT LEAST A DOZEN PROJECTS - 400 to 500 units per - expected to be announced by the end of the year Working even larger deals / opportunities in international sales that are between 2,000 to 4,000 units each Started stock buyback - believes the market is not giving them a reasonable evaluation Insider buying reported today from outside audit director, CFO and marketing director
