Interesting post: scroll down to view post; post got messed up, don't know why? sec.gov On August 13, 2008 Messrs. Walther, Emas and Kaptein tendered their resignations as members of the Board of Directors in Good Standing. On August 13, 2008 the Board made recommendations to the Interim President, CEO and Director on three new Board members including John Rehfeld, Drew Mouton and William P Conlin. And John R from CA as well.. from advisory board to Board.. big step.. wonder whats up?
