I'd like you to go through a simple exercise. You are king. Your goal is to minimize the impact of high oil and gas prices on the economy. Please rank order the following three options based on how big the beneficial impact will be in the next 20 years: conservation efforts (like increasing car fleet mpg standards), alternatives (like moving to electric and hybrid car usage), and drilling everywhere (ANWR and offshore).
