Nah... I doubt that!

I was just talking about PUBLIC PROPERTY.

As in:

A) What are the National Forests? --- public property.

B) What are the federal outer continental shelf areas? --- public property.

C) What are the 'public airwaves'? (At least the frequencies for which ownership has never been sold by the government....) --- public property.

Etc.
