By paying per head, if you will, would seem to encourage fraud. Many of the workers are likely college students in need of money for college---working for the summer. I don't know whether or not ACORN does this but recall that the 'clean water' people would come door to door and inquire about what you thought about the quality of the water in the area. They would ask you to sign a petition if you said yes. That meant they had your signature on a petition with phone numbers and addresses. The person signing the petition was unaware that their signature would tip off the liberal Democrat candidate. They were a thin disguise for the liberal Dems------as you would soon get a flyer for the Dem candidate supporting clean water and bashing the Republican candidate. They especially target areas where houses are close together in suburbs or sity. You won't see them driving country roads to get a signature. Would love to see a video of Barrack Hussein Obama training students for ACORN------must be one floating somewhere-----or a student who took notes. mj
