Here is the Dumbyasshole definition of torture :
Aug. 1, 2002 memo, sent from Assistant Attorney General Jay S. Bybee to Alberto R. Gonzales... To be torture, the memo concluded, physical pain must be "equivalent in intensity to the pain accompanying serious physical injury, such as organ failure, impairment of bodily function, or even death."
This definition of torture ... largely was written by Assistant Attorney General John Yoo.
So, let's see.
#1. McBush has NOT had organ failure of any kind because if he had, he would be in a wheelchair or in a coma somewhere.
#2. McBush did NOT have any impairment of bodily function. He can see, he can hear, he can smell and taste food and on and on. Sure, he probably needs a lot of Metamucil, but then that is true of many average 72 year olds anyway! ;-)
#3. McBush is NOT dead though some kids might mistake the "wrinkly white-haired dude" for a ghost, especially if they saw him under inadequate illumination!
So, by the Dumbyasshole administration definitions, McSame was NOT tortured. Maybe under the definitions prevalent in civilized societies, he was indeed tortured, but we are NO LONGER going by that; we are going by the Dumbyasshole administration definition of torture here. |
