It's also the reason why he'll have to take over PBY to make it change. He needs the service outlets for his used car sales; if PBY doesn't work the way he wanted it to, he won't waste his time contracting with another service chain.

IMO, PBY will not meet Wayne's expectations on its own. Before you invest in this stock, I highly recommend you take your car there to get it serviced, as that's where the future is for the company. IMO, they don't pass the test. PBY needs to replace the wrench turners they have at their service desks with people who know something about how to treat people who are paying them a lot of money for service.
