I am very sorry to hear about your losses. I am very happy to hear that you love your job as that is not the case with many people. You are very fortunate. About me being an investor like Frank, I don't know about Frank, but I am very much a novice at investing.

About the tape: It is called FAT BURNING WITH KATHY SMITH and it is an AUDIO tape NOT a video. It is a very comprehensive approach to safe and gradual lifestyle chances with regard to healthful food and creating an exercise program that works for you. It is put out by AudioBooks /Time Warner and is approx. 2 hours 30 min.

It is not an exercise tape, but does discuss ways to incorportate that in your life. It also gives you great tips for substituting fat in your diet, how to eat out healthy, etc. etc. Excellent tape. Very good nutrition information.

Sonki, if you want to be healthy, you are going to have to exercise. There is just no getting around this. You can always do it when you get home with the rest of your family. It sounds like your kids are in to health, so make a family affair out of it. Go for a walk together or make an exercise room. It doesn't have to be that much, but some is necessary. You don't have to do it every single day. You can start gradually and work up to it. If my other idea was not motivating enough, here is one that always works for me when I get off track. Go to the hospital and sit in the X-ray waiting room for 30 min-an hour and observe some of the sick people hobbling around or in wheel chairs etc. etc. etc. Health is a result of the daily lifestyle choices that we make and these choices are not something that you can put off until you have more time.
