Thomas Amick - Chairman - Chairman of the Board Argolyn Biosciences Mr. Amick has extensive operational experience in biotechnology product development and commercialization having served as President of Ortho Biotech Europe, President of Janssen-Ortho, and Vice President of the Oncology Franchise for Ortho Biotech. Under his leadership, this business franchise became one of the most successful businesses in the history of Johnson & Johnson. Most recently, he had served as Vice President Business Development, Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation. He currently serves as a Venture Partner of Pappas Ventures; as a member of the Advisory Board for Quaker BioVentures; Executive Chairman of STEMCO Biomedical; and on the Boards of Directors of BioRexis Pharmaceutical Corporation, Biolex Corporation, Transport Pharmaceuticals, and Discovery Laboratories, Inc. Mr. Amick received a BS in Business Administration from Elon University. He also has taken graduate course work at the University of Virginia, the Kellogg School at Northwestern, and the Harvard Business School.
