There is no question that the company is on stronger footing then this time last year.

I have to agree with the analysts who question the company's approach to its shareholders and the public. Every quarter, and I mean EVERY quarter, we are told that the business will pick up in 6 months. New CEO, same old message...

There is a difference in being confident that your approach is right and realizing that your approach simply hasn't produced the required results. The combination of the lower stock price and the lost time for anyone who has been invested here is a tough burden.

No one has been expecting a holy grail to be presented by the company but I have been expecting the company to either reduce their expenses or raise their revenues. They continue to find new positions after they restructure but they haven't been able to generate higher revenues to support these new positions.

Take away the lawsuit wins and the company is in even worse position. Six more months... Why should anyone expect this is beyond me? If your company only generates $17 million a quarter, fine with me. Create a structure to become more profitable within this context. Don't tell us that revenues will improve somewhere down the road when they simply haven't improved (at any time) in line with the company's prior expectations. Find a road map that will eventually return some of the lost money to shareholders!!! This is where the new CEO must take the company.
