Absolutely------now to Conventions---the Sirius and XM merger was opposed by the two Democrats on the FCC and opposed by Georgetown Partners and Jessie Jackson and other groups opposed by several nefarious Democrat Congressman who wrote letters and lobbied to stop the merger.

This merger took over one and a half years!!! Not the fault of the Republicans on the FCC. This was one of the longest considerations in history.

DOJ approved early and FCC was delayed because of those who wanted to destroy unless they could control.

The merger was approved by the three Republicans on the FCC and opposed by 2 dissenting votes by the Democrat members of the board about two weeks ago. If you want to read the full story go to the Sirius board here on SI. For almost two years we investors have waited while the Democrats and these various groups opposed the merger.

As these naysayers tied up the FCC with continuous objections the stock plummeted. Investors lost money and taxpayers paid for the delay caused by these naysayers.

Finally the sun is beginning to shine for the new company.

So here we are---------the Demorats Convention will be covered by Sirius/XM Satellite the merged company that their FCC Commissioners and their Democrat Congressman opposed !!

See the next message for details on the broadcasting by Sirius/XM------
