I've never sued anyone in my life. I just want to get better and be done with it....this has been going on for 15 months! I just don't know how I feel about suing someone unless they've really screwed with me. I know I could...for various reasons the job would be done for free, I guess I feel like I should at least get the 30k that I've spent back but its more a matter of how much time I want to waste doing it over 30k. The irritated side of me says DO IT and then there's the other side that says nobody intentionally made me sick. Honestly? I blame the hospital more for releasing me without doing a scan. They basically let me walk with what amounts to a form of staph in my jaw. 5 days gave them plenty of time to look. You don't end up in the hospital for 5 days unless you're really sick....I know this for a fact! The longest they've ever kept me in the psych ward was 4 and YOU KNOW HOW SICK I AM! LOL
