Thats quite the ambiguous article. Plus it's kind of a blanket statement to say a major bank or US bank is going to fail. Te govt has stepped in for every major so far(bear, cfc, fannie, freddie) Theres no reason that this trend wont continue. Citi is prb gonna be the next one to step up and take on the assets of whomever fails, at a govt subsidized discount ofcourse.
