The CEO is old fashioned management.

First, you must win business. Consolidate worldwide sales organization. CCUR did the HongKong cable train(controls) to the peak, years ago.

Next, is run the operations efficiently, Hire project managers and set up standard scalable systems.

So, he is not interested to sell the company before it is build up. New business wins will need a bigger organization in many different locations too.

Triple play or Quad play is more than on-demand software. The communications equipment system and revenue is currently expanding. He needs a lot of help to achieve compatibility in many cable systems. So far, a few more wins are in hand. But not yet hand to mouth efficient yet. The minute you get the order, you ship the scalable system and get paid, hand to mouth efficiency.
