Why is Corel getting into the network computer business at all? Far better financed competitors, such as Apple, are staking their future on it. Competing in hardware requires huge amounts of money -- money which Corel doesn't have right now. The only possible reason why I see "Corel Computer" as a good idea is to spin it off and float it out is as a source of cheap capital for Corel. Any comments?
