Given short interest near 1M shares, insiders control 30%, company buy back shares, three recent insider buys, all we need is a match in the form of another contract announcement . . .maybe one of those elephant orders (2,000 to 4,000) that the CEO mentioned on last analyst call to send the price significantly higher.
