NYA (NYSE Comp..) Needs to get above 8260 to confirm any kind of low. Currently 8220. Above 8260 could indicate iii (or C up) from the July 15th low. If that count is correct, it projects a 10% (wave iii or C) rally from current levels...keeping my fingers crossed Long from 8195.
