NYA (NYSE Comp) above 8260 (a wave low from 7/23 top), currently 8265.

First good sign, but it needs to stay above here. 8292 is the next bridge to cross. Above there, the apex of the 'b' triangle is 8413. Above 8413 and I think we are off in wave iii.
