Why sell, It's worth at least 1 3/8 & probably closer to $1.75. I'm not selling any for a penny less than 1 5/8.. Not only are you getting cash of at least $1.37 , you still own your shares of the newly formed company, which is still in talks for a major contract. The only reason this honey didn't run up more on Friday is the news came in late & it was a very off day for the market overall, no one was buying anything... If I can get more at the open under 1 3/8, I'll buy all I can.. I was buying all I could in 5000 share lots on Friday, but could only get a few orders in by the close, that's the drawbacks of using Datek I guess.. :-) -Glen
