Many comments on various sites pointing to Bill Clinton's recent remark about Obama. When asked if he supports Obama, Bill replied that the US Constitution stipulates who qualifies to run for POTUS, and he supports anyone who fulfills the qualifications. Almost sounded as though he knows something and voters don't know it. Will this be the Oct surprise?
