SEC violation had to do with Scientific Atlanta employee and his father. There was a fine and he went back to Belgium. He may still be posting here. Its a wild card in stock trading.

Data transfer are all compressed data. Decoders are in set-top box. So, encoders and decoders had to be paired. Meaning servers had to deliver the correct encoded data for set-top boxes.

Have fun. Try to judge from arms length position. Don;t use insider info.

ARRS on-demand products need to be streamlined after Docsis 3.0 is online. Docsis packets are PBX packet switching method for users with memory protection on each user thread. After that, the on-demand system will be, maybe, 5 million streams at the same time(realtime switched video of segmented video data of a 5 layered picture of 5 segments). I hope CCUR will have it too, in its standard scalable system. Use Docsis 3.0 packets for on-demand user data delivery.
