I haven't read the details, but Dr Davis came out yesterday justifing an increase in Omega-3 intake to 3000mg a day. That will up me, using the NatureMade or Costco Private label, each of which contains 360mg, from 6 to 8 capsules a day.

Will post more after reading the seminar.
