It sounds like the Cox employee that got in trouble trading CCUR. CCUR didn't get in trouble.

I didn't think voice was affected by 3.0
They were merging two broadband channels for speed and freeing that needed space from video using tricks.
Video being different from VOD which has it's own space and
issues like HD.

When I think of PBX ie a business phone system, we are talking about a cable modem without video.

What you really should be thinking about is what SEAC is doing with a server higher up the distribution system to send internet video ie youtube through the VOD channel.

Or with nPVR when a subscriber can send his camcorder video to the Cable Company nPVR space to be sent to the TV.
Compared to Sling that can take it from the DVR to the TV.
