Thomas,

Re: n-hand compatibility

Am I missing something? When n-hand was firt announced KE said it would be compatible ZIP. He even showed a mock caddy on CNBC. I also thought that ZIP was compatible with ZIP+.

IMO, I don't think there is any (0, zilch, nada) chance that n-hand won't be compatible with all prior ZIP drives. This doesn't make sense from an engineering perspective or marketing perspective.

The n-hand media will use a caddy system to work with ZIP drives the same way Smartmedia currently does. This is not rocket science but common sense.

I'd like to hear an arguement as to why anyone thinks this is not a certainty.
