MTLC hit a high of 6.97 on March 4, 1996 on the anticipated
cash flow from the San Luis Potosi hazardous waste site. If, in
1998, Potosi is open, and if three additional sites are up and
running, what price level can be reached with four times the
cash flow ? I bet it will be more than 6.97.
