No Court has ever held so.

Because its not even under dispute, so the question doesn't come up in court, anymore than the question of "shall the United States be effected by the gravity of the Earth" comes up.

And while to my knowledge no court has ruled that the US government owns the land, court decisions have referred to the land as being federally owned, owned by the federal government, and/or owned by the national government. I linked to and quoted at least a couple of them here.
