TRUTH Prior to PALCO announcement, ovis was trading around $0.20 per share. Within 2 weeks the stock climbed to a high of abt. $4.00 and settled to abt. $2.50 per share. PROOF SEE ovis 90 day chart history beginning 7/24/07.
