The Democrats idea of dealing with race always ultimately leads to having a large number of blacks dependent on government for their livelihood. That isn't help at all, it doesn't help the poor and it sure doesn't help the tax payer.

We saw the entire evolution play out in Obamas attempt to 'help' the poor in his Chicago district. First Obama runs his pork bill through congress to get money to build a group of 'projects' for the poor. The tenants have their rent subsidized by the gov't (removing all feeling of ownership) and then makes sure they get food on stamps and welfare effectively trapping the poor in the inner city. I say trapped because, effectively, that's what happens when you give someone incentive to stay in a place where there is no work. Now comes the beauty of the whole thing. Obama hands all the gov't pork money meant for the projects maintenance over to a man that helped him raise funds for his war chest, good ole Tony. He can turn new projects into ghettos in record time.....which he did.

Now, thanks to all this hard work we've got government funded housing that you couldn't pay a cockroach to live in....a ready group of poor voters only too willing to vote for a young Senator that was 'helping' them out. Oh yes, with Obamas help the whole country should look like Detroit in record time.
