Gerald, I don't think the Oracle entry into the SFA market will have a negative impact on either SEBL or BROC. Both SEBL and BROC tend to have strong and continuing interactive ties with their clients customizing installations to meet the client's requirements. This is not the type of market that Oracle plays to.

I do think SEBL is over priced and will face increased competition. But in my opinion that competition will come more from BROC than Oracle.

I am short SEBL (small position) and long BROC (large position).
