tbevan, I believe you're justified in questioning ownership percentages, share dilution, financing arrangements, and Amber Arbitrage. I'm certain there are other investors who have similar concerns, and I agree that it would have been better if more details had been presented to shareholders sooner. I offer no explanation other than to suggest: Perhaps we really don't want to know. ;) Regards - Dale
