Hello David,
Hope you had a well rested trip! Got lot's of LOT"S of revenue to calculate
for 1997 year end, lots of midnight oil to burn...

At your convenience, can you clue me\us in on a few questions. As you may have
noticed, Radica has cought the eye of a few more investors while you we're gone!
Can't keep a good thing quiet.

1) Does Radica still plan to go into Q1 98' with a work force of approx. 2500
and if so do you see any major changes to that, leading up to
the Chinese New Year (Radicas slowest part of the year)? Guess I should also
include, is Radica still at approx. 2500 workers or has that gotten bumped
up lately?

2) Miguel asked a while back if the Union Pacific rail mess was having any effect
on Radica, with sales being FOB China I assume not but wonder about what little
is done out of the Reno area?

3) Also Miguels question from the prior posting. How does Radica currently stack
up in the top 10 list including OEM games?

4) Is Radica considering expanding it's facility in China for 1998 work load?
You had mentioned in an earlier post that Radica had the ability to add on
quickly at a low cost to the company should the day come. Is this a
consideration at this time or do we need to get through yearend numbers to
have a clearer picture on what will happen?

5) Is report date about the same time as last year. Sort of a concern to us Dec.
option buyers, as all options come due the third Friday of the month that
they are on. The sooner the the report date the better...

Thanks in advance for your help. I realize you will have just gotten back and will
have more pressing matters. But when you get a chance!!!

Best Regards to all at Radica,
Wayne
