In the 2004 election, your echo chamber buddies were all over Kerry because his current wife had him sign a prenup.

I followed that election closely and I don't recall knowing (or caring) whether Kerry signed a prenup. Were it a major campaign element, I think I would have been aware of it.

I think it is prudent for any wealthy individual to enter into a prenup before getting married and would never discourage it; in fact, I have ENCOURAGED it for clients when I had known both parties for many years. It just makes sense, particularly when the net assets of the parties are lopsided.

Was not a major issue in '04 that I can see. But it doesn't matter -- you guys will bash McCain from now on because you are, well, liberals.
