Ah,a little piece of heaven.Your outlook and mindset is one I have acquirred.Lived the go-go life,the "I want it all"life,had some modest luck in accumulation of wealth,now am older and wiser...my garden,my three grandchildern,and two prospering sons,and a wife of 44 years makes me one happy man. I love the south western US,only sorry so many others keep moving to my neck of the woods.
