The stock just seems sold out to me. Netscape is trading at the same price now where it opened on it's IPO date over two years ago.

Each time Microsoft has waged a major product initiative against Netscape during the past two years, it has been smart to buy the stock, even though it has been at a lower low. This time, in spite of the fact that IE4 has been the most dreaded competing product so far, NSCP hasn't broken to a lower low.
