Z, Obama wants to lift the FICA cap on those making $250K or more, which amounts to a tax hike of 4 to 12.5 percentage points, depending on which report you believe. That is probably the biggest tax hike on the "rich" I have ever seen in the past decade or two. It also fits with Obama's definition of "rich" that he gave at Saddleback, which is anyone making more than $250K/year. Tenchusatsu
