Aggassi plan is a sham which will enrich only him and his partners. It is unfortunate that so few people understand the balance of energy and CO2 emissions. His plan will result in more CO2 emissions and toxic gasses, than regular gasoline driven cars. He was backed by politicians who are fools or plain corrupt waiting to receive their envelopes filled with cash.
