Larry, I must apologize to Jim Palermo for the things I have implied about Vega.
As I was writing the next post, I realized that I have been wrong in some of the things I have said about him.
I have implied that he is an incompetent old fart for being taken in by the sucker bait in the Vega agreement - not true!!!
I have implied that there was so much cash for so little assets in Vega that somebody somewhere must have been getting a kickback from the deal - not true!!!
Jim's real problem is that he is an addicted gambler. He just loves to play the long odds and keeps on doing it with OPM. The Vega people took advantage of Jim's malaise. They knew that the bigger the lie, the bigger the odds, the more preposterous it sounded, the more that Jim would go for it. Jim sees himself as the Andrew Carnegie of composites and connector cords. He thinks he is going to get there in a few easy steps. Rabinowitz & Co. saw that Jim would fall for it hook, line and sinker as step one in his master plan!
But there is hope Jim..... Just like alcoholism it can be controlled.... it is only a sickness....... Go to your local 7-11, Jim, and look by the lottery tickets ...... There you will see a number for Gamblers Anonymous - call it!
Brooks - please make sure he doesn't have next week's payroll with him. Nah! scrub that - let him have the payroll- he might make more money on the lottery than he has for Quadrax in the last two years.
Just my true opinion based on the facts. This is not intended to harm or defame any person or entity. It is merely for the education of Quadrax's management so they can do better in the future and for the elucidation of the poorer, but wiser, owners of Quadrax stock.
