if for some reason Kinross wins this magnificent gold mine. it will be for one reason ONLY

The Majors do not want to gamble with Ecuadorian Government over a windfall tax etc

But thats does not seem possible,that it would keep them away

No other property of this magnitude or less has been won on a fair bid, most go aggressively over bid and knocks the out.the other players by cash or a generous portion of stock

Juts think back the last ten years, A FAIR BID WINS, HMMM SORRY SLICK

there is no way the majors are going to let this property trade for this price even if Ecuador took 60% its still a bargain for Kinross at this bid.

We are coming down to short time, either the guns come out and the bidding starts or we do not understand what's going on behind the scenes

If Kinross wins the Institutional stock which really control the out come of this deal, it will take more then a first fair bid

BUT, (I think not ) Institutions will dictate better terms no matter what SLICK has to say regard Fair bid; LOLL

no more no less

DO NOT TENDER..... WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! time is on our side
